Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of Aila - Bedtime Stories ("Aila", "we", "our", "us"). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Subscriptions and Billing
Aila offers auto-renewing Monthly and Yearly subscriptions.
All billing is processed by Apple through StoreKit 2 via your Apple ID account.
Renewals and cancellations are managed in your Apple ID subscription settings.
We do not process or issue refunds directly. Refunds are handled according to Apple's policies.
License and Acceptable Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Aila for private use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly perform, or otherwise exploit app audio, stories, or other content outside the app.
Content
Stories, sounds, and features are provided on an "as is" basis. We may update, replace, or remove content at any time.
Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, including for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons. Temporary downtime may occur.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Aila is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not allowed by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.
